Given that attacks directed at the surviving family members have, according to our findings, continued, while pressure from legal representatives has also increased, we have reached the conclusion that the boundaries of what we previously considered a private matter have now been crossed.

For this reason, we have decided to move forward with the series of materials we previously announced.

We do not want to prejudge the facts or condemn anyone. We simply want to publish the documents available to us, place them in their proper chronological and factual context, and allow the public to form its own conclusions.

What We Have Available

1. Communications concerning the acquisition and sourcing of prohibited substances

We have obtained communications concerning the sourcing and acquisition of substances that, according to the available information, are regulated or prohibited. The materials contain specific communications, dates, timestamps, and information concerning who was allegedly involved, when particular steps were taken, and where they occurred.

The material also includes documentation that, in our assessment, provides context regarding the involvement of individual persons, including Mr. Blaylock’s brother, who is also an attorney.

2. Attorney No. 1 — Communications concerning medical condition

The second part concerns communications that we have assessed as questioning or minimizing the medical condition of an individual who was, at the time, terminally ill.

The materials also include emails for which we have documentation indicating that copies were sent to the opposing party without the primary recipient being aware of it.

We will not speculate in advance as to whether this was intentional, an administrative error, or the result of some other circumstance. We will publish the documents in their original context and leave it to readers to determine what, if anything, can reasonably be concluded from them.

3. Attorney No. 2 — Social media activity and monitoring

The third part concerns communications and activity involving social media. We have materials that, in our assessment, document repeated monitoring of public activity, commentary on individual actions, and the use of photographs and other information from years earlier without establishing their broader context.

Here as well, our intention is to present the underlying material and the chronology of events rather than simply our own interpretation.

Why We Are Publishing This

For a long time, we deliberately chose not to publish certain information because we respected the boundary between legitimate public interest and the privacy of the individuals involved.

The current developments have led us to reconsider where that boundary lies.

We do not want to tell anyone what conclusion they should reach. We want to give the public the opportunity to see the same information available to us and to assess its significance based on the documents, the chronology of events, and the actual communications.

The materials will therefore be published gradually, in their original context, with every effort made to distinguish verifiable facts from our own interpretations.

Sometimes the most important thing is not to tell people what to think. It is to give them enough information to make up their own minds.

Truth does not need anyone to convince others on its behalf. It simply needs the space to be seen for what it is.

Each of us has the right to form our own opinion. But that right has real value only when we have the opportunity to know the relevant facts and make our decisions based on reality, rather than on someone else’s interpretation of it.

That is why we intend to publish the documents, the context, and the chronology of events. Not to tell people what they should think, but to give them the opportunity to decide for themselves.

Because sometimes the greatest strength is not telling the truth for others. It is giving them the opportunity to see it for themselves.
